Kundalini Yoga & Meditation brings a practical and very fast results technology to decrease the stress element in your life and literally gives your the extraordinary Jedi ability to transform stress into vitality! Your brain gets a rewiring with a flush of renewed dopamines to enhance your focus and feel good natural ability. Mandeep will offer her expert guidance to bring all participants into a delicious softening and deep relaxation experience. Breath work known as pranayama and Mantra - coded sounds that provide energetic rewiring of the nervous system and create a heightened shift of cosmic consciousness, will be the overall focus of our time this Sunday morning. We will be creating physical movement as well to pull it all together as the physical body represents the Earthly plane. We have to work it well to balance - Earth, Fire, Air, Water and Ether.
