Just Be You….Yogi Bhajan was/is like the True North Star constantly reminding me - Be Happy, Be Healthy, Be Holy and Just Be You! Like a lighthouse, these teachings bring me safely home. And there, in deep gratitude for the many Teachers, especially Yogiji, and for these astonishingly pertinent, relevant and effective ancient teachings, I unfold one cautious step after another until I found that it was safe to become my true nature, individually unique, contributing to the “Collective Just Be You!” It has been said that Kundalini Yoga will find you. I believe this. I wasn’t looking for anything like it. But when it landed in my lap, I felt the Earth move. I knew this was my lifeline. It confused me but I received it. It was a divine blessing and I knew it. It didn’t fit in with my unhealthy lifestyle and I loved that. It was a treacherous ego trip to the place where my identity crises would one day finally cease and the reality of my individuality would emerge.
